This page is designated for EG @ WOL Leaders. Below you will find the facilitator schedule for each semester and training requirements. 

Embrace Grace @ WOL Leaders 

EG @ WOL Leaders make EG @ WOL a success!  Leaders can serve in 2 areas (EG Facilitators and EG Encouragers). 

Embrace Grace Facilitators

An EG Facilitator trains to lead the weekly EG classes on a rotating basis. They may also help with other EG Participant needs (ie transportation or making up missed EG classes, baby shower coordination, reporting attendance to EG National and other needs).  

Embrace Grace Encouragers

EG Encouragers attend EG classes with EG Participants to provide encouragement and support. Encouragers also assist with other needs (ie, transportation, child care (during classes), baby shower coordination, Love Box Coordination, and other needs).

Embrace Grace Leaders

EG Leaders (both facilitators and encouragers) assist by donating needed items for the ministry (ie weekly diaper and baby wipe drawings for participants, assist with cost of baby showers, participant books and other financial needs).

WOW at WOL also provides financial support for EG @ WOL. 

EG Facilitator Training

To be a EG facilitator (teach an EG class), there are several requirements:

  • Must complete the School of Ministry or be currently taking classes 
  • Must be a WOL member and have gone through Growth Track
  • Online training through Embrace Grace 
  • Go through the lessons with a trained EG Leader
  • Attend at least 3 EG classes with participants and trained leaders
  • Complete Coaching Skills Training with WOWOC-Lead by Crystal Maslow 
  • Encouraged to take Giving God Your Worst & Breaking the Shackles of Shame

EG Encouragers Training

To be a EG Encourager, there are several requirements: 

  • Go through the lessons with a trained EG Leader
  • Attend at least 3 EG classes with participants and trained leaders
  • Complete Coaching Skills Training with WOWOC-Lead by Crystal Maslow
  • Must be a regular attendee of WOL or Member of WOL
  • Encouraged to take Giving God Your Worst & Breaking the Shackles of Shame
